Our Projects: Quarantine Facility

New Leash on Life funds a quarantine facility which allows over 100 animals per month to be moved from Fulton County Animal Shelter. They are then treated for any medical conditions, spayed/neutered, a trainer works with them on obedience issues and they are kept for 2 weeks to be sure they are in good physical health.  Then they are transported to their new homes in New York, Connecticut and Western Pennsylvania.
